Thursday Social League kicked off their second season, now separated into and A and a B league we look at who are the front runners for each league, B league favorites Rams DTF got their first victory against new comers Shutter speed Fc who found the level of football and fitness required in this league much greater than they had previously expected. They Shutter Speed Fc started the game off very slow but later picked up a few goals to show that once they get used to the league they could be the team to watch in later games. Real unfit who should be the team team that closely rival Rams DTF at the top of the B league table pick up the diary victory against Chafing the Dream who were a bit light on players on the night, in a great act of sportsmanship Real Unfit gave Chafing The Dream a few players to help them see the game out. E Scuddaz got to the grounds bright and early eager for the first game of the season, they played very well surprising their opponents on the night. Having played friendly games before the season started to help them better understand the rules they showed that coming into this season they can not be taken lightly.
A league started off with a few blistering games, Trojans cake up against previous winners Misfitz, they game was heated and very fast but Misfitz came up tops in the end scoring goals regularly to keep the game on their side. Raider nation who will be looking to win the second season of the Thursday Social League also won their first game of the season, beating Rogue Runners who have now settled well into the social league.
